Join our new Wales Coast Path walking festival

We've teamed up with Ramblers Cymru to put on a free festival to celebrate the Wales Coast Path.

With 2019 is the Year of Discovery here in Wales and the seventh year anniversary since the path was officially launched, we think that is something to celebrate!

40 new walks, one festival

We've got an exciting programme of coastal walks and activities planned over a seven day period between the 4th to 19th May 2019 at seven popular locations along the path.

There will be multiple  walks at these locations on the following dates:

  • 4 May at the Great Orme, Llandudno (Bank Holiday weekend)
  • 5, 7, 10 May on the Isle of Anglesey
  • 6 May in  Porthmadog, Gwynedd
  • 11 May in Cwmtydu, Ceredigion
  • 12 May in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire
  • 18 May in Burry Port, Carmarthenshire
  • 19 May in Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan

With over 40 guided walks and popular coastal things to do like beach cleans and seaside foraging on offer, we're sure you'll find something that will inspire you to lace up your walking boots.

The programme of events will suit a wide variety of abilities from keen walkers to young families - we want to you to come and join us to discover a bit of your Wales Coast Path.
